At Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day, we want you to be completely satisfied with your garden-inspired scents and products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the products are unused and include a copy of your packing slip.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Bring your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
